Still cryptic, but I like to picture a distant future where America is considered yet another ancient, failed civilization. There's a chapter on it in the children's history classes and a section explains that there was a ruling elite behind the government and they used all sorts of methods to control the country's people: false flag events that took decades in the making, perfectly disguised propaganda in entertainment media, even going as far as achieving mind control methods to ensure all goes according to plan, etc etc all confirmed in less than 20 pages of a single textbook or whatever they will read from in the future. There may be even a nod to conspiracy theorists who suspected it all along. The kids think its silly how the American people could be so foolish and laugh about it in discussions with their teacher. But the best thing about it all is that the kids are free.

I know its a rather escapist. I also have plans to just live a normal life, get married, and have kids so I focus on daydreaming about that when the weight of the world is on me. Not sure if that helps though.
