I can see that Chelsea is working for Hillary on projects related to PIH and Dr Paul Farmer. Hillary asks for input on what the State Department (Cheryl Mills) can do to further whatever Chelsea is doing. Just prior we see an exchange where no official hard copy evidence ever existed or was needed (Handled by Janet Hull Lute) for getting through customs.
