So, I'm not siding with them, but in their defence to the 1984 question...Who randomly come up and asks "what happened in 1984?" with no indication until after the question is asked that they were talking about the book?
Also, I'm 27 and a Canadian and can't tell you what 1984 was about...and I read it (a very long time ago). However, the questions about the NSA and Edward Snowden are a lot more terrifying to me.
He didn't fill that in with everyone and asked like three times before he did. Regardless, my point was, I don't remember what it was about and I read it.

And the 4th amendment question too.. he didn't ask that one very often though.. or he didn't show their responses.
