I don't know, I know a redhead from high school that got married to an illegal. Her facebook is filled daily with all the family that keeps getting deported. Its a good show lol.
That should definitely be a deport them both case. The married thing preventing deportations (something also dealing with legal status gained from marriage) was ended years ago yet somehow still isn't enforced.

Her husband almost got deported last year, marriage saved him. Its all the extended family now, it's kinda funny.
