Can you answer my question...how does their ranking compare before the ban and after...I am saying I have a feeling they had the best or close to the best rates already and you are trying to draw a false link.
It was one of the lowest for a while but if you want me to produce some medical material showing the link to their refusing the MMR it's not going to happen from any official source.

It's just too bad that this source cites vaccination as a reason for the low infant mortality...
