A guy walked around it on youtube, the place is a ghost town and the buildings are empty.
Of the various possibilities one suggested the mercury for the scope was being stolen to build a bioweapon, posisbly a deep state base, or one anon suggested it being used to try and trigger people like us to see who reacts/not.
