Prediction time: will the markets crash during the election, before Christmas, or in the new year? (Conspiracy)

Will the halvening of the DOW be an election issue? Will it be triggered by the Fed? Markets are hanging off the edge of a cliff and it's September so put your bets down.

Personally, I'm keeping an eye on Asian bonds. I have full confidence in market managers' ability to carry out a crash once it starts, but there is often a trigger that seems artificial. Where will the cracks start to allow water out of the dam first?
