Sadly, an items worth or value is only what someone is willing to pay for it. At one point, it may very well have been worth $14 million. Now? I doubt any one would buy it since the government is just going to take it anyway. So it’s worth to a private citizen is effectively zero. And yes, I’m accounting for any mineral/coal deposits. Still worth zero to anyone except the corrupt government.
