His brother, Coy Zumwalt Jr. (Coy Eugene Zumwalt Jr.), is also involved with the company, but his exact role is unclear. He is listed as a director on Open Corporates https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_nv/E0016952007-2

But isn’t mentioned on the company website https://csc-usa.com/management

Their parents were both masons.

This might be worth looking into as it seems a little suspicious and coincidental.
