The fluctuating rate of fire makes me think a hand crank is being used rather than a bump stock.
Valid point. Whatever it was. It wasn’t a bump stock. The fire rate although changed at times was very consistent.

Right. From what I've seen of bumpstocks they fire in variable length bursts and not the full auto that we hear.
