I haven't seen the elusive sight yet, but I've met one who takes great pride in his property (cars, guns, house, yard, etc). He actually sells lawn care, but he doesn't trust anyone else to take care of his stuff. Even when he was doped up from an operation, he wasn't happy about me driving him home.
