In other words he was foreclosed on. He did not show up and defend against the foreclosure. After being foreclosed, they evicted him. He showed up the eviction and tried to argue that the foreclosure was unfair. The judge told him only the eviction can be addressed in the eviction hearing that he should have raised his foreclosure argument in the earlier foreclosure proceeding.

He also has a hard on for suicide by cops.

I find it hard to sympathize with this guy because of his attitude but if banks were to try and evict me from my home I'd feel much the same way. The banks should be going after Sweety the lady who failed to pay them, not this sucker who never did a title check and got swindled by Sweety. This is akin to the bank repossessing a home because a mortgage company swindled the homeowner.

Fuck. Isn't it something like we have more vacant homes than we have homeless. Why try and put this guy on the street? Fucking banks. Let's revolt.

Don't Tread On Me hat. Check. Talks about vague 'revolution'. Check. Lives in Isabella County. Check. Compares himself to Ted fucking Bundy. Check.

Yep, this man is a loon.

Apparently the Michigan Sheriff's department took his property in 2010 with a fake mortgage that he owed and they're trying to do the same thing again.

some context would be nice.

he doesn't own it. He was evicted and doesn't want to move out and he has a martyr syndrome. Pretty basic.
