I have drilled some of these people about this and they claim to not be doing this on purpose. Could this be some sort of trickery being played with the concept of superpositioning? And there is one place in the world that is pretty quite and has the most to do with quantum computing; Britain.
This is an idea that is far out there, however I'm trying to make some sense of this phenomenon and this is really the only thing I can think of besides dismissing people as whiney little bitches

It's more to the effect that they're implying they're unsure about something and theres an unspoken demand that you do the work to fulfill their personal best path, even if it conflicts with your own or there's work to make it happen, or else
