Things we actually do need more of are iodine, vitamin d, and dha found in fish oil. Studies show this not just marketing.

Post-fukushima, you would do your body a service by taking potassium iodide every day. over the course of a year, your lymph nodes will fully flush from all the xenon and other chemicals you inhaled. Those of us that started early (right when it happened) are largely immunized to the effects. Sorry about your sperm/egg counts.

On a related note, You probably need potassium. The average person should be getting around 5g of potassium a day, which the WTO has made nearly-impossible to get post-Codex Alimentarius. I've resorted to "Snake Juice", which is 1.4g each of both Himalayan sea salt and No-Salt (Potassium Chloride salt substitute) per 500ml of distilled water, which is the only legal way to get more than 90mg of potassium in one sitting. Add some calcium and magnesium if you're shitting rocks all the time.

WTO has also set Vitamin C dosages to less than guinea pig levels. Try getting at least 2-5g of Vitamin C per day, unless you're fasting or doing ketogenic diets (these make your body produce Vitamin C).
