Hawthorne group purchased Sunlight Supply as ell as a slew of other large companies and Brand names you trust and know such as General Hydroponics, Vermicrop Organics, Can Filters, Blossom, Gavita, Osomocote, Super Soil, Whitney Farms, Tomcat rat and mouse traps, Evergreen, just to name a few.
Hawthorn group sent out stop sell notifications to every single reseller of these Brands advising them to sell out of their current stock and no longer sell them or else face lawsuits.
Hawthorne group also owns a company called Growbiz which is buying out every large hydroponic store on most of the West Coast, keeping in place the original name of the business and staff in order to hide their true intention.
