It's not really the same. Maybe the ancient aliens TV show tier stuff is, but a lot of information about lost civilizations and who the ancient "gods" really were interesting. At the very least you're learning ancient mythology, even if none of it's true, it's good to learn about the past. Flat earth is just idiots, trolls, and shills.
