I'd opine that there's no way they'd abruptly close down a Walmart merely to house children. There are plenty of empty warehouses and factory buildings all over the US which could be used for that purpose, and would be more suitable for covert operations since they're either isolated or in industrial areas. Walmarts have their own ecosystems around them where there'd be plenty of traffic to notice something hinky.
There's only one reason I can think of that would result in a Walmart being shut with no notice, religiously guarded, and even congresscritters turned away...

2 why are they only in countries of English origin (Christians)...
U.S., Canada, New Zealand, Australia, England.
These in my opinion are for: re-education facilities/internment camps, economic crisis housing, natural disaster housing (maybe orchestrated or real), or if you want to get real freaky...
Nibiru related (if you believe in it) and finally an alien invasion - since we are being conditioned towards aliens/ufos even in MSM (fake alien invasion is part of NWO agenda, real is possible if they exist).
