Has anyone heard of the CIA using American children to become interns and disposing of them via wet works when they don't work out? (Conspiracy)

Just curious if anyone has heard of this before? I know a young man that said this happened to him and the only reason he is alive is 1.) a legal injunction supported by the FBI 2.) an agent within the CIA cleaned out the crony garbage by eliminating the threat to the few remaining child survivors. The things he described for training cannot be made up, the detail, the complexity...If anyone has heard of this or a project like this I am interested in what you have. The wet works, I was told, is where they torture/kill them.

SUBJECT: Project SWEEP

Overview

The TSS project SWEEP is being formed 21 March 1972 by order of the Director as a continuation of the successful research conducted under MKSEARCH, Subproject 47. The unexpected generational effects of heightened mentation in offspring of MKSEARCH-47 subjects will be the focus of this study.

  1. This multiphase project will consist of the following:

a. Identification of children aged nine to eleven within the United States public school systems who display the characteristics mentioned in Attachment C, utilizing the various methods outlined therein.

b. Analysis of identified subjects via neurological, biochemical, and psychological means. These analyses will be conducted both by qualified agents and contractors from USEL and GKRI. Use of USEL personnel will be for biochemical operations only and will need to be cleared through TOP SECRET.

c. Promotion of subjects ranking ninety-ninth percentile or higher to Project CORDON.

  1. The estimated budget of the project is $45,000,000.00, although the cost could rise sharply due to a 15 year program length. A detailed budgetary analysis is included in Attachment A.

  2. Included in Attachment B of this memorandum is a detailed overview of methods and requirements for approval

I believe this to be 100% true. Obama, the Clintons, Podesta, Brennan, Clapper et al are biproducts of a CIA farm system. Want more? So is every major actor in Hollywood. These people are programmed zombies and easily manipulated by their handlers.

Most def, the guy could be telling the truth. Kids have been used for all sorts of things, from drug couriers to child prostitutes for the purpose of blackmail. Like the other person said though, you need more details.

Sounds like schizophrenia. I mean, given some of the stuff that it turns out they were proven to have done, it's not unbelievable, but I'd want to see some proof before I bit at it.

I do know that this person does not have schizophrenia. They seem as perfectly normal as anyone I have ever met. Beyond that, no family history, no medical diagnosis, and they are old enough something would have shown up by now.
