The Center is at John Hopkins University and is supposedly for "developing" "gifted" children... cough #MindControl cough cough

Schools, camps, etc., are places potential "talent" is looked for. Just because someone went to this doesn't mean they would get picked. Also, Johns-Hopkins does have a history of mind control research.
