The goal is to subjugate and insult your mind with nonsense until it doesn't work properly, until you begin to doubt reality itself. They'll throw insane stories at you, they'll make you stomp around with rage because the whole society has missed the whole point of the story. They'll make you paranoid and terrified that something you might do will cause this crazy cascade somehow, with you as the target. They'll get you wondering what the hell has happened to the human mind that this stuff can even happen. You'll say what happened to the world, why is everything so strange strange strange and insane!??!
