9-11 could not have happened without American help.

The three candidates for involvement are the USA, Israel, and Saudi Arabia. This includes politicians and intelligence agencies from all three. At the heart of it is the Neocons.

Yes, all the planning in the world can't keep NORAD occupied without it being...dare I say...AN INSIDE JOB.
