No its not. Neoliberalism has nothing to do with communism, you will still have a capitalist economy, with globohomo megacorporations bossing everybody around.
We extend our greetings and solidarity to comrades of Red Guards Austin, Red Guards Los Angeles, Red Guards Pittsburgh, Red Guards Charlotte, Red Path Collective-St. Louis, and Revolutionary Association of Houston, and all dedicated anti-fascists in the prison-house of nations we call the United States this May Day. And we call upon all revolutionaries to join us as we celebrate a militant May Day in Kansas City. It is through class struggle that the proletariat will wage a revolutionary war for our collective future, a communist future.
Just because there are a few hundred people LARPing as Communists doesn't mean it's a huge thing, in fact most of these are red-painted liberals who support globohomo agenda of mass migration and poz.
Even until the 1980s most Communist parties were opposed to mass migration when they were taking marching orders from Moscow, now they support Neoliberal agenda. For instance the 1940s Communist coalition government in France thought Algeria was an internal part of France, in the 1980s they were opposed to Algerian immigrants, now they support 'migrant rights'.

Communism is moribund, there are only red-painted liberals for the most part. What we have now is Neoliberalism and Cultural Marxism.

And before 1917 they didn't exist at all. I'd like to go back to that.
