Brennan, Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, started the insurgency when they banned Saddam's party and left 100's of thousands of unemployed soldiers and diplomats (that would be the protesters). No one is to blame for any of this except the war criminal Bush and the intelligence agencies. The Pakistani's, German's, Saudi's and Israeli's could not have done it without them.
