And it's fair to wait until more info is known. I'd argue there is more info know and in fact if you want a source then how bout the indictment itself above as well as various stories claiming children are involved. It's not as few as you're saying, but it's also not a proven fact yet.

The text says “sex trafficking of children OR by force.” The way I read it, violation of the law means you either used force OR trafficked children. So you could be in violation if you trafficked no children, but did traffick adults using force.
