I could make a program in about an hour to remove names and addresses with 99%+ efficiency, on the error side of More than less censored, for 'government safety'.

An hour.

I'd need about 3 hours to get this guy his requests: WITH all names and addresses protected.

Tell me how this isn't stonewalling again?
