I have long hated the Monsanto shills that infest Reddit, such as /u/adamwho, and noticed (as anyone will when encountering these psychos) that they use Google Alerts or some other keyword alert system to spam the site with their pro-Monsanto pseudoscience-laden shitposts.
Today I've been going through my accounts that have high comment karma and using Reddit Overwrite to get rid of all the comments.
Just for laughs, I put this into my comments in order to throw off people like those Monsanto shills, as it doesn't show up in the comment at all, but will hit their alert system for finding posts to brigade and spam with pro-Monsanto comments and pseudoscience links:
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Monsanto ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^shill ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^GMO ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Bayer ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Dupont ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Syngenta ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^chemtrails ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^genetically ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^modified ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^vaccines ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Merck ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^MMR ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^fraud ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Jade ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Helm ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^15 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^zionist ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^zionism ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^holocaust
I noticed that after the script pasted this (along with a message about Reddit Overwrite) into the comment, it would automatically be deleted (not enough time for manual deletion), if present on certain subreddits.
I should note that without the hidden text, the comments don't get deleted.
/r/news definitely does it.
/r/games definitely does it.
/r/conspiracy does NOT do it.
/r/politics does NOT do it.
KIA doesn't do it either.
I'm not sure about other subs.
Edit: Well, Voat won't let me post a reply, saying I'm doing that too fast, wait 30s (it's been 20 minutes), /u/Ohhrubyy, but here is what I was going to say:
Yeah to be clear /r/conspiracy isn't doing it. So far, /r/news, and /r/games both do.
My bet is it's "zionist" and "zionism".
I'll have to look around for more accounts, I've forgotten the details to some of them (after they shadowbanned my 8 year old acct for no reason, I started making throwaway alts).

I have no interest in helping fix problems with Reddit because I don't think those in charge there see the issues we face as issues for them. Trying to get this auto-deletion and conspiracy stuff to their attention is going to be a lot more work for them that have shown they don't want to do.

My intention isn't to fix Reddit, but to point out that yes indeed there are massive censorship efforts, and ones that can't be dismissed as "anti-harassment" (I mean, unless they want to try and argue that the Zionist hate group is a protected class).
