I am beginning to think these known crazies (this one's father called cops before she started firing) have handlers. Lanza was on the FBI radar. Cruz was definitely on it. Use the crazies to do maximum damage in order to push the gun ban agenda? Even the drugged Arora shooter kept asking cops "where the other guy went?".
I keep thinking about O'Keefe's vids, where Clinton camp admits it is easy to push crazies into acting on their behalf.
My theory is a little different....I think the patsy's were not actually involved. I think they groom the patsy and set them up as the shooter with things like a YT comment saying they are going to be a school shooter. The actual shooters are wearing body armor so my theory is that Hogg and second shooter Emma did their deed and left the gear for the Sherriffs to put in the van and the video of Hogg was pre-recorderded during the drill with fake bullets that SOUND REAL for some odd reason.
The people who are whacked are the ones who talk, after the false flags. So yes, they kill people. The 'drills' provide the video, the narrative is already written, the actors have rehearsed their lines, the media has the copy.
The primary focus of all these hoaxes it to stir up confusion and prevent consent from forming. They spin off multiple false narratives, designed for endless bickering between citizens. The 2nd Amendment narratives are seen as the most effective because of the 50/50 nature of the debate.
Notice how the first witness 'testimony' is always the 'second shooter'. It does not come out in the MSM, though. Only on the so-called 'fringe'. The Second Shooter narrative establishes the First Shooter without even asking the question: 'is this real?'. It also neatly divides up the normies who watch the MSM and internet community.

I believe you're right about the patsy's.
But I say NONE of these incidents are anything but a staged productions with scripts and actors. The local police are in on it and so are corrupt FBI.
