I’ve worked Stem all my adult life, women can’t cut it. I’ve worked with one woman engineer that had the intellect, she was from Romania, and she prolly had a penis..

I've seen a few Russian, Chinese and Iranian women that can cut it, but yeah no western women ever in my career of many years. It's mostly cultural and not genetic in my opinion.
