Qaddafi was playing nice for years, paying reparations for terrorist attacks that other countries decided had state links, getting rid of chemical weapons, and so on. This was probably an attempt to get France on his side because he saw what was coming, but what he didn't know is that Sarkozy was a fucking kike and wouldn't honor any deal.

Having no nukes means you are a vassal state, Qaddafi was too late to smarten up, and reconciliation failed because it never works with kikes.
