There are a handful of groups with systems of merit where you climb a social ladder/ranking hierarchy.
At a very high level, members will be invited to a retreat where they are given the option to commit a terrible crime. Usually this crime is a murder.
Those who choose to murder are given a "promotion". But what they don't know is that those who choose not to murder are given a similar "promotion".
Both of these two people will serve more or less together, and because of structural builtins, they don't discuss these rituals or promotions ever.
At the highest level, those who chose to commit the crime are the only ones who can achieve the highest ranks -
all the while, those who chose not to commit the crime are led to believe that was the only acceptable choice for the "organization".
It is not, and those people are just used for other things. Sometimes they are eliminated.
In the case that a person was to be murdered as the act of indoctrination; that person is always killed anyway.

this is to tell the psychopaths from the normal people. it is the psychopaths who are desirable and sought after for the positions of power. most all secret societies will have something like this set up as an initiation to their executive leadership. if you kill someone, you will be blackmailable and controlled. those seeking power dont mind this at all and display their ruthlessness with great pride to the higher ups.
many organizations are like this, the freemasons at the highest level, but could be the mormons, jws, scientology, oto, thelema, law of one just as well. or any of the militant papal orders, like the jesuits, the knight of malta, the hospitalliers and the orders of the inquisition: the dominicans and the franciscans.

In a feudal/tribal situation that was a really powerful legacy mechanism they used. But as we evolved past the Industrial age and these same rituals were not broken, they turned into something even darker. You end up with the Podestas and organized Child Rape. And Podesta wasn't ashamed in the slightest, and wore it like a badge just like you said.

Can I take Ronald Bernard for 50 please

That's how I learned about this nasty set up. His interviews are a must-see.
DeepthroatDucktales ago
Been reading Bill Cooper's 'Behold a Pale Horse', and he mentions something similar, much smaller scale. Basically a masonic ritual where they make you defile something sacred. If you're christian/catholic spit on a crucifix, and if you refuse you're told 'hey, congratulations, you passed the test', while if you do it w/o hesitation you get the actual 'promotion'.

"You passed, we would never accept a murderer in our ranks" wink wink

Where did you learn that secret?
Ialwayssaythis ago
Right. On. The. Money. This happens all over in places high and low. Definitely happens in the US military.

Freemasons and Celebrity sellouts do what you mention.
TurdLord5000 ago
Depending on the society, the "crime" might be more or less serious. Sex with an animal for example, instead of murder. In many cases, which group you advance into would simply be decided based on your answer to a secret question, requiring no "crime" at all.

You've just described Canada. As of late 2017 it is no longer a crime to fuck animals.

both the cia / oss, (wild bill donovan) and the fbi (Charles Bonaparte, yes that bonaparte) were founded by catholics.

It's a good thing I'm not part of any secret societies... Sounds brutal.
Also, my religion is a nice one and doesn't require blood sacrifices.
TurdLord5000 ago
That's probay why they would consider you a sheep, in more ways than one.

Of the groups I am aware of which do this, none would have me as a member. My psychological profile is on record for those in the know, and I would never be invited.
I've done work for one of them though. I won't name them. But they scare the shit out of me lately.
BlowjaySimpson ago
What is your "work"?
MHole ago
Computer Networking basically.
I used to harvest data for some groups who had sharing agreements in place.

Another little bitch that won't name names. Yup. That helps things!

NSA and the Five Hands?
MHole ago
Haha no that test as far as the NSA is concerned is how autistic you are. You don't need to hire a sociopath if an autist can do his job, as long as they are groomed properly to avoid ever considering certain aspects of their duties.

The Mormon church? Or one of those churches in New Mexico? Heard there’s a few running some shady shit in NM. Some with connections to Africa and drug testing.
Heard that’s kinda how the Ebola outbreak occurred in Africa recently. Whoops, a tribesman left the contained area and infected others, causing an outbreak.
MHole ago
I don't like Mormons but they don't scare me because I wouldn't try and hurt their business.
