TOR was literally built to be a honey pot and even going to the official site gets you put on a list. It's a containment system and far from anonymous as the government owns most of the exit nodes and can track you based on even simple shit like how long it takes for you to communicate with their servers.
From everything I've read you're likely better off blending into normie traffic and not setting off any of the xkeyscore, echelon, etc. programs by not using key words, constantly typing in the same manner over different sites or making direct threats that warrant investigation by a human.
