No traffic tickets. Minimal chance of being charged with a crime in many cases. The opportunity to steal and steal a lot and not get caught. How come there is always missing money when cops do civil asset forfeiture? Why do they do it in the first place? They keep much of the money they steal and then report much less as the forfeiture.
