Does anyone out there with an original printing have the ability to determine what has been removed from the current version Amazon is distributing?

There are .pdf's floating around. I believe that someone is still running his website. Maybe contact that person.

I haven't been able to get his website to respond at all for a couple of days and now it's giving a fatal error.
