Does anyone out there with an original printing have the ability to determine what has been removed from the current version Amazon is distributing?

Is there some service out there that will print and bind pdf files for you? I'm not keen on printing out and then hole-punching 500 pages worth at home.

He wants pdfs turned into physical copies, not physical copies turned info pdfs.
You can take your books to your local library to have them digitize it for free, if you trust the workers at your library
