It wasn't exactly a false flag attack, it was a sponsored patsy attack. The purpose was to throw something to the lame stream so they could avoid talking about MUH RUSSIA failure and the memos.

This was so poorly put together, they actually lost track of the patsy and didn't find him for over an hour.

The Uber guy missed the AR15 and somehow, the shooter dumped it and snuck out with the other students?
