After recommending "Unacknowledged" to a friend he got very interested in conspiracies. He asked me yesterday which other documentaries I knew which could open his eyes.
I didn't want to full conspiracional on him so I suggested "Capitalism: A Love Story."
Do you have any similar tips? And maybe something beyond?

"The Light Bulb Conspiracy" Excellent documentary on planned obsolescence and consumerism. Find one with English subtitles, as some of the interviews are in foreign languages.
"The Century of Self" Excellent documentary on nasty guy: Edward Bernays. Covers the creation of marketing and the rise of propaganda in the west.
"The Internet's Own Boy" A through exploration of the life and death of Aaron Swartz.
"The Secret of Oz" An interesting story of the history of the federal reserve, monetary policy, and media symbolism.
"Zero Days" Gets an honorable mention, because the politics of sate-sponsored cyber warfare are cool as shit.
