Why yes. It's a rigged casino and it's manipulated like LIBOR rates, Gold fix, HFT, wash trades, stuffing, derivatives... never mind, I'd have to list everything. Every bit of the market is rigged. There is no part of the market not rigged. Some parts are simply more unfair than others.
