As you might understand, all the fake shills who claim to be Conspiracy Theorists cannot be so much illiterate in Latin and Greek to not know the proper name of who they are and what they are doing, therefore Conspiracy Theory and Conspiracy Theorist are both aposematic sign of shill.

Conspirology is from Latin: Conspiratio - conspiracy; and Greek: λογία - logia, is the scientific study of the nature, causes and effects, extent, control, and prevention of conspirational behavior in both the individual and in society.

Conspiracy Theory and Conspiracy Theorist are fake labels coined by the CIA since 1967 to mislead and attack anyone who is willing to challenge by investigating and exposing the "official" narrative of the cabal spread by their fake mass media.

You can still use all the information provided by fake shills who identify themselves to the public as Conspiracy Theorists and use the label Conspiracy Theory to describe Conspirology, because everything goes, but in the same time never trust them and always double check any claim or information they provide.
