Major General Ali bin Abdullah al-Qahtani director of the office of the former Riyadh governor was picked up during the purge of Nov 4th. Does anyone believe that a Major General was tortured and electrocuted to death in custody simply because of a Saudi "anti-graft" campaign? ! Pfft. What happens in Vegas should stay in Vegas.
