We have video footage from US military documenting an encounter with UFO's but we STILL don't have a shred of video from Mandalay Bay before or during the Las Vegas false flag. (Conspiracy)

It looks like a laser being shined or reflected into the camera. If they use IR markers for anything, which the military does, that would explain it.
Lasers don't show up and vanish on radars
What about on LIDAR?
Again that wouldn't show up on radar screens as solid objects (yeah plural, there was more than one)
