Does this mean presidential approval isn't required ? Or maybe it's just the way I'm reading it.
And that's why a UN invasion would be illegal and why their foreign soldiers would be shot on sight by our many armed citizens from Southern Illinois (Chicago and S. illinois disagree on gun issues).
