Jesse Lewis was an amazing little boy, and his mom and grandmother are two of the best people I know.
Jesse used to play in my yard, and with my kids. He was very much alive. And now he is not.

(And he still is, especially since Newtown treats him like utter shit every day, because his mom is suing the school system for possible negligence. The lawsuit, though, is really meant to find out what really happened that day. She wants to know. We all do.)
At some point she sat down and questioned the underlying problem of school shootings. Is it guns? No. Is it mental health? Yes. Is it what some people would call EQ (emotional quotient)? Yes. Is anyone in any school system teaching kids how to deal with very real emotions in a positive way? No.
So she got together with a small army of psychologists and put together a free program for schools to download. It is called, "Choose Love". Families can download it for free, too.
Her program has been picking up steam over the last two years. Because of the recent anniversary of the event, the msm of course went looking for stories to cover. This year the Choose Love Foundation was suddenly selected, for once positive media coverage.

Secondhand is more likely what they meant, but I still don't believe it.
