The Navy pilot who drew a penis in the sky used chemtrail material to do so, he turned it on and off which proves that they exist, if it was just innocent contrails he wouldn't have been able to do it, just compare the two.
Curious as well. I have trouble explaining those HAARP "rays" that he shows are bombarding the planet with some kind of electromagnetic radiaton. I don't know if those"anomalies" shown can be cause be something else, but it looks unnatural. Can't find a video link right now, but shouldn't be hard to find one of hiS videos about the recent hurricanes.
