We aren't "the Germans" now, but America (white America obv for this example) was largely German in both rural and urban areas from 1800-1900. Many fought on both sides of the civil war, and German was spoken almost as frequently as English. Many families changed names or hushed up their use of the language during WW1, while at the same time sending their sons to fight for our side. At that time the British royalty worried about their cousin Wilhelm and his agressive nature, which they had ideentified when he was a child. German influence remains in many countries despite their claims to their own nationalism.
The Germans weren't the Germans before the 2nd World War. They were scammed. Just make sure it doesn't happen to you. Because right now, that's where the US is headed.

WW2 was partially to destroy German nationalism and Hitler was the traitor that suckered the German people with MGGA (make germany great again).
WW3 will be about destroying American nationalism with Trump as the pied piper. He makes the sign masonic handsigns as Hitler.

I can't follow the Q thing too much, so I don't know what's going on there.
That is a very possible scenario. I'd never trust a president who pushes for war when they're not attacked.
