It's a bit complicated cause there was so much shit going down that night but, if a few of the anons are to be believed, the hotel room was a staging area for a hit squad that was there to kill one of the Saudi princes who was staying on the top floor. Unknown to them, the prince was dressed down (so that he could fit in with us peasants) and was gambling in the next casino over (that video of all of the cops escorting that fat guy). Shooting out of the window (if they even did) was to cause chaos and pin the local cops in one location. There were hit men all over the place, as well as FBI agents and Blackwater too, there's even a recording of an air traffic controller waving off planes because of the active shooting on the runway. Isreal comes into play at the point where one faceburg poster claimed that there were men in suits carrying a large shiny black suitcase. The crowd in the hallway demanded that they open the case but the men refused, pulled out guns and everyone ran away. According to the anon that was a nuke (he didn't say what kind) and that it was supposed to take out the builderburg meeting that was going on at the Luxor. White hat FBI guys intercepted the bomb and that's why Trump tweeted about the 'miracle' and that it could have been a lot worse. Meanwhile a helicopter flew in dark to the hotel next door and grabbed the prince.
