I honestly don't think anything of it. Sure, the murals are fucked up NWO shit, but it's not like artists don't hide messages in their art just by themselves. I'd do the same if I was commisioned by the government to make a mural on a public building.
As for the theory that there's something under the airport, I haven't heard anything convincing yet.
