This is a direct result of Okla Univ president (since retired) David Boren. Former Dem Senator Boren. Also a $100,000+ board member of Continental Resources, owned by billionaire Harold Hamm. CR is one of the largest drillers in the state. The oil overlords are currently bankrupting the state through their "support" of the Gov Mary Failing and the republican legislature, adamantly refusing to allow budget passage (currently approaching a second special session) that have any oil & gas production fee raises. They are more than happy to defund essential state services (mental health, child welfare, nursing homes, teacher pay & raises, etc) and want to balance the budget by $1.50/pack cig tax, tax on low-point beer, and gasoline taxes. The oil & gas asswipes are running the state into the ground while making multi-million dollar profits per quarter.
As well as can be expected, all things considered ;-). Seriously, I'm doing fine. Rolling with the punches of life, some of my kids have had a few things, some good some not-too-bad. With the holidays coming up, a chance to see them all so that'll be good. Thanks for asking. Seems since the port a few of the usual suspects here are missing or not as active. Kinda miss them, glad to see you're still around. Hope all is well with you.
I haven't been as active, either. It's mostly life getting in the way. But also going from the good vibes and humour of the port crew back to super-serious everyone's a shill Voat has been a bit meh. I suspect post-holidays some of the old faces may find some moments to be around more.
