It's a culmination of investigations into those Panama Papers, yes. It's very much not a joke.

Just the other news articles and the original news articles. There was a huge amount of data to process and they are just getting to it now. The queen of England appears to have had hidden money, for example. There are a ton of articles that just came out this weekend. I'd start at Google.
