It's a weapon of mass manipulation.

Ever wondered ...

  • why is it that actors/musicians/entertainment are paid the highest amount of money?
  • why the most important metric for an "artist" is not artistry or beauty or cleverness, but influence?
  • why the Oscar's winning movies are shite?
  • why are we essentially watching the same old movie all over again?

It's a weapon of mass manipulation.

This is why they hate capitalism. Propaganda does not sell as well, not in the long run.

This is why they went after the games industry, so hard as to create fake think tanks and a new journalism to undermine them, and STILL failed.

The invisible hand is slow, but it strangles it's opponents in the end.

Capitalism (free markets) is freedom, they can't have that.

Control is the name of the game.

The invisible hand

Not so invisible now. Problem is people don't see the brick until it falls on their head.
