Not only that I've heard rumors it's sort of like a gang-land initiation, you get supplied with the children you will do foul things to or with them... And the children are already highly sexualized or conditioned to pursue sexual interaction with adults. Those doing the supplying see the risks as to great, it's an offer those receiving can not refuse and expect to live.

Initially it's like a once in a lifetime opportunity/initiation, with refusal literally leading to death, and then the "elite" person is trapped too, because there is photographic and video evidence stored the selectively omits incriminating anyone but the "elite" target.

Usually by the time any "elite" is looking for a child for sexual relations it's only offer they've had one, or several, forced on them.
